Ceasefire between Israel and Hamas takes effect in Gaza

Israel is in the grips, waiting for Hamas to begin releasing hostages under the terms of the new ceasefire agreement, which began early Sunday morning in Gaza. Hamas and some of its supporters celebrated the ceasefire as a victory, but the price to pay is devastating. Correspondent Elizabeth Palmer reports.
