Two weeks after announcing the birth of her second child, Sophia Grace Brownlee shares an update.
January 5, Brownlee announcement that her second child, a little girl, was born on December 29.
Now, Brownlee is announcing her baby girl’s name.
On January 19, the social media star, who became known worldwide following an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2011, shared a photo of her and her baby daughter standing in front of a wall decorated with balloons and flowers.
The balloons spelled out her name, Athena Rose.
His middle name is apparently a nod to his cousin, Rosie McClellandwho went viral alongside Brownlee almost 14 years ago.
After announcing Athena’s birth, Rosie commented under a video she posted two days later, writing, “I love her so much. Proud of you.
Rosie then shared a photo on her own account sitting next to Brownlee and Athena.
“Life with you lately has been so special and I’m so proud of you, my cousin, my best friend!”
In his last YouTube videoRosie called Brownlee’s birth a “shock because she went into labor early” but added that Athena is “beautiful.”
“She’s literally the best mom in the world,” Rosie shared, admitting that Brownlee had a video of her giving birth that she shared with Rosie.
“I have baby fever,” Rosie said, but added that she wanted to wait until her late 20s before having children.
Athena joins her big brother, whom Brownlee gave birth to in February 2023.
