  • Supporting local communities with temporary production to temporary warming centers: Deploying four small temporary production units to power local warming centers in freezing temperatures.
  • Keep customers informed: Share safety and preparedness information and resources with CenterPoint customers through direct outreach, social media and other platforms.
  • Conduct awareness-raising activities among intensive care clients: Contact identified electrical customers in intensive care and chronic residential facilities via email, telephone and/or text message.
  • Coordination with government officials: Provide regular updates to government officials on preparedness and response activities to coordinate customer support.
