The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was more dramatic than usual – thanks to Kyle Richards.
“I’ll say something and then I’ll leave. I don’t know how it all went so wrong,” Kyle, 56, told him. RHOBA castmates during the Tuesday, January 21, episode. “I can’t do this anymore. I really can’t. I’m trying to be in a good place in my life. I want to say one thing and then I leave.
Kyle’s meltdown occurred when the newcomer Bozoma Saint Jean welcomed the women at home for a wellness evening. Questions about Kyle’s text messages Dorit Kemsleythe ex-husband of PK Kemsleycame back.
“I’m leaving. Please, okay. I love you, PK and your children and you know it. I know you do,” Kyle said directly to Dorit. “I felt like I did something wrong: text PK. So, I said I was going to read this once and that’s it.
Kyle said the message made it seem like “maybe it was something weird.”
Last week RHOBA Featured Kyle read the elusive message she sent to PK after him and Dorit announced their separation in May 2024.
“I know you have a lot of friends but I’m one too and I’m here if you need me. I have never repeated what you shared with me and I never will. (Which means you can always trust me),” the post read. “I’ll keep sending memes and won’t forget the laughing emojis.”
Kyle read it again during Tuesday’s episode — and this time, Dorit heard the message.
The phrase “never repeat anything” needed to be most of Kyle’s detailswhich she seemed to give.
“I’m not talking about you,” she said, pointing to Dorit. “I’m not talking about that. I’m talking about that, OK, which I can’t say because we’re shooting and producing.
Kyle continued to raise his voice, adding, “That’s all I said. Now I’m done. I’m not going to feel like I did anything wrong,” Kyle said in tears in the clip, before speaking directly to Dorit “I loved you and your family. F— everyone, I’m done with this shit.
Garcelle Beauvais made it clear she didn’t believe Kyle.
“I don’t understand what his conversation with PK has to do with production,” she said in a confessional. “If you’re having a private conversation with someone and you want to say, ‘I’ll never share what we talked about.’ …You would write with production. And she didn’t do that.
The fourth wall has been broken several times throughout the episode. Not only the two RHOBA the stars are directly referencing the production, but cameramen were seen as Kyle stormed out of Bozoma’s house. (Kyle previously discussed leaving the set during an interview with Us every week published in November 2024.)
“Everyone has bigger problems and yet this is all they can focus on,” Kyle said through tears. “I mean, literally, look at all of us. Our age and what we do? Being confronted with this stupidity every day. Honestly, everyone should be ashamed. Seriously.”
Eventually, Dorit and Kyle sat down for a one-on-one conversation.
“When you write things like, ‘You know I’ll never share anything.’ This doesn’t look good,” Dorit said. “You would never say it on camera.”
Kyle, once again, said she wasn’t referring to anything that was said about Dorit. She made this point in her confessional, but Dorit had other feelings.
Elsewhere in the episode, Dorit went for a spa treatment with Erika Jayne where they discussed what had happened.
“I know what the text says, I know what the text means. I know what Kyle is trying to suggest, but I think it’s really a cop-out,” Dorit said. “When she said, ‘I’ll never repeat what we’re talking about. Or I never repeat what we’re talking about. It’s clearly and simply about me. Not for anything else.
Erika disagreed with Dorit’s take on the situation.
“We assume it’s you, but you’re not sure,” Erika said. “I’m not going to speculate.”
