Sting postpones several concerts and appearances on doctors' orders due to ongoing illness

Poke canceled an upcoming appearance and postponed three shows due to ongoing illness.

“On the advice of his doctor, due to illness, it is with sincere regret that Sting must cancel his participation in the Bass Magazine Awards this Thursday,” we can read in a press release shared via the 73-year-old singer’s Instagram , Tuesday January 21.

Sting was scheduled to accept the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Bass Magazine Awards in Santa Ana, California on Thursday, January 23. He is also currently on the STICK 3.0 concert tour, and two dates were pushed back to the summer.

The star’s Phoenix show, originally scheduled for Friday, Jan. 24, has been moved to Sunday, June 1, and the Wheatland, Calif., tour stop, originally scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 26, has been moved to Wednesday, May 28, reveals the press release. .
